How many more matches do you think Geelong will lose this year in the afl?

I say hopefully all of them from now on. In round 8, Collingwood "defeated" Geelong, but the Cats gained the premiership points when an umpire disallowed the Pies last goal of the game, after Pendlebury played on under the advantage rule, and goaled. The umpire brought the ball back to the original Collingwood player who received the free, the siren sounded and the Cats were in front by 3 points. The AFL later officially apologised to Collingwood for the umpire error. The downside of this "AFL approved" umpiring blunder, means Geelong have held top place on the ladder since this debacle by default, and their coach has now "incorrectly" broken a long standing, best start to a season record by a rookie coach. The absurdity of the AFL, their rules and incompetent umpires, suggests the very real possibility exists, that a team could one day lose a grand final in similar cirstances.
