Has fibroids been my problem for 4 years?

i have had a problem with my water works for 4 years it comes in spells and acts like a water infection buts its not as i have been tested over and over again and its always come back neg i have had it once every month or every few months and lasts about 2-3 days i have had loads of accidentsi have had kidney and bladder scans and blood test but they all came back normal then for the past 18 months - 2years i have had very heavy and painfull periods in which i have to take painkillers all through my period i have also had spotting in between periods and also pelvic pain i went back to the doc and asked him for the marina coil so i have had that fitted and also yesterday i had another scan and a transl scan i asked the sonograher if she saw anything and she said about changes in fibroids i havent got a clue what she means but i am now wondering if fibroids have been the problem all along i have to wait 14 days for results and its really bugging me not knowing has anyone had the same and does anyone know what will happen next?
