You should tell her. Maybe she is mad at you and she has not told you anything. Maybe she is jealous because you are getting married and she is not. Maybe you neglected her since you got you boyfriend and she feels like you don't care anyways. Call her and tell her how you feel and maybe she will open up to you and that will improve the relationship.
