How to make excess eyelid and discoloured bags less noticeable?

Use a product called 'erase paste' by benifit... it is made for the problem you are describing. I use to always have dark bags under my eye, but now that i use the erase paste they are gone and i ofter get compliments on how "bright" my eyes look. They carry it at macys, benifit stores, sephora... and im sure alot more places.
