Question about this spray chemical's MSDS?

The propellant is basically like natural gas, so if you spray it in a room, at some level lighting a cigarette could become dangerous. It will depend on the level of propellant versus oxygen in the room. The lights again, especially if you had a short in a cord could cause the same problem. This sounds like a call to the manufacturer may be in order, but based on the MSDS, what you are suggesting is not totally safe.
