Which way to face my tattoo ughhhh?

I think you are right to want to cross to look like it is going the right way to you (with the long part of the cross towards your elbow). The tattoo is for YOU not for other people. The cross is about your faith and your body so it would make the most sense to have the tattoo look right to you. after all anyone else who sees it will only be seeing it for a short amount of time while you will have to look at it for the rest of your life.
