Where should i get a Tattoo? (Can be covered up, and won't stretch)?

I am 16 and i want a tattoo. I want it to be about mid range in size (maybe my name or something along those lines) I workout a lot and am still growing. i need somewhere that the tattoo will not stretch and can be covered up. i was thinking my shoulder blade, like on the back. could somebody please tell me a good place to get one (no ankle tats, tramp stamps, or in places i cant show people haha. ideas for what i could get too, would be awesome.
