What is the compatibility rate between an AMD Athlon II X4 630 2.8Ghz Processor and a Biostar N68S3B Mainboard?

I just recently bought a Diablotek Elite ATX Mid Tower. It came with the two mentioned above. I'd like to know the compatibility of said components, as well as their compatibility with 64-bit Windows 7. Thanks!
