I want to make beef stew, but I am not sure what kind of meat to put it in, I heard that they sometimes have packaged beef stew meat(what is that?), but if they don't and I can find something better, I am wondering what part to get I am not a big red meat eater, so most beef makes me sick, I don't want any fatty strings,tendons, or cartilage floating around. or has a gross hamburger texture, etc. I am looking for the part that is most similar to pot roast or deer meat. If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!
