If Hitler got accepted into art school do you think the Holocaust would've never happened?

If Adolf Hitler got accepted into the Vienna Academy of Fine Arts, do you think the holocaust would have never happened? Would he have just made some peaceful landscape paintings for life? Why didn't he apply to another art school? Rejection is just awful. :(
