How to get Rid of Security Toolbar 7.1?

I had the same virus it sounds like. I was using norton anti-virus and that did not take care of it. I used stopzilla and it removed the virus right away. I had to turn off the protection from norton but not remove the program. After I installed stopzilla and took care of the virus I turned norton back on and had no other issues.
