Faith is hard, why do you judge Agnostics and Atheists?

Is it cause you don't get "why" we don't have faith? I've already heard the suggestions, read the bible, talk to a pastor, pray to Jesus. I've even heard the lame one of "just accept Jesus and he will come into your heart". That obviously isn't the case, most Atheists/Agnostics were raised that way, and have already read the bible and so forth. So I'll ask again, is it that you don't understand why it's so hard or are you just intolerant because you think we're lazy for not having faith in a Deity? And maybe I should rephrase it to say YOUR Deity, for the sake of Agnostics.
