20 week Ultrasound! :)))?

hey , i was told to fill a bottle with ice and water and take it with me so it would still be icey cold wen i got there then drink it just before you go in... also try eating a yogurt ... baby is meant to like it ... and wake up ... carefully not to drink to much to Early cz then u will need to wee! good luck xxxxx
